I’ve been thinking about changing the theme of my blog, because the one column thing isn’t working for me any more. WordPress users that know the themes, if you could recommend one you think would be good (because I’m so indecisive) that’d be a big help.

As many of us know Fenway Park in Boston, MA is home of the Red Sox, and some of the toughest fans in sports. Knowing that, this even surprised me.
Here’s another one that shows the fan throwing the pizza more clearly.
apparently, there was some “bad blood” around there earlier.
But, was the pizza actually directed at the fan? Or was it directed towards the Angels player?

I have a new idea! It’s tentatively called Genre of the Month. It’s where I focus on a particular genre, and post albums I enjoy from that genre. I don’t have a genre for this month picked yet, so it’ll probably start at the end of this month or the start of the next month. If you have any suggestions contact me.

This game is not for the faint of heart. And unless you like goregrind, death metal, and grindcore, you should plan on muting your system. The game is set up to run at the same speed as the music that’s playing in the background. Whether it’s Regurgitate, Last Days of Humanity, or some other extreme band, the game moves according to the guitars. Now, for those of you who go ahead and play this, you won’t quite understand why the game is moving so slowly to such a fast song. You’ll think about that until, say, maybe the next level, when its moving at 1000 mph and you can’t distinguish the notes of the music from one another and it just becomes a sonic boom of sorts. Also, if you are offended by explicit language, you better last a long time. Plus, if you can’t understand the singing gutteral vocals, then you won’t be offended in the least.
Here’s the game, and good luck:

Well, yesterday I went to the library, so while I was there I picked up a few CDs. I got The Essential Stevie Ray Vaughn and Double Trouble, Barenaked Ladies Are Me, the Tubes’ The Completion Backwards Principle, and Eddie Money’s Greatest Hits: The Sound of Money. Yes the Barenaked Ladies album and the Eddie Money album may seem a bit strange, but my dad used to listen to BNL all the time and I’ve just always liked them. The Eddie Money album was just because I like that song Two Tickets to Paradise and I wanted to hear more of his stuff.
Oh yeah, I picked up Catch-22 by Joseph Heller. Excellent book. I told some kids at my school that I was reading it and they said, “What’s that? A biography of the band?” That sort of ignorance pisses me off in a way, but not as much as it does Dan (helioscattle).
Finally, if you’d like to see me post something sooner than you think I will, please check out my music list (see top of page) I don’t know if Dan will post his, because we have a lot of similar music tastes.
